We sell, let and manage homes across Kensington & Chelsea and West London, and across Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames and the wider Surrey area. Its founder, Arman Khosravi, is a solicitor (SRA number 478198) and a partner at Oliver Fisher.

Hermens Property is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or advice. Legal work is carried out by independent regulated law firms.
What are your fees?
Sales fees start from 1%, with no VAT added, and a simple 3 month exclusivity period. For landlords: tenant find only from 7%, management only from 7%, and let & full management from 10% plus a £195 tenancy set-up fee, all with no VAT added. Every fee is listed on our fees page.
Which areas do you cover?
